Here we grow again! Fresh Direct Produce is looking to expand our talented and energetic Data Entry team! This is a great opportunity for a detail-driven professional with a passion for accuracy and leadership. The Data Entry Specialist will support the team to ensure smooth daily operations, maintain high standards of data accuracy, and support a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

•  Assist in overseeing daily operations of the Data Entry team to ensure timely and accurate processing of paperwork and cash transactions.
•  Review data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
•  Train and mentor new team members on departmental procedures.
•  Collaborate with other departments to resolve data discrepancies.
•  Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
•  Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality standards.
•  Work closely with the Data Entry Team Leader to resolve issues and maintain team coverage.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience:

• Post-secondary degree or diploma (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a data entry or administrative role, preferably with some leadership exposure.

• Strong computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Excellent organizational and business writing skills.
• Proven ability to learn and adapt continuously.

• Natural leader and team player with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
